Belinda confesses.

Nanding calls Glen to eat. Lolit asks why she looks sad. Glen's sister teases "baka nag-LQ". Glen says no. Upon interrogation, Glen narrates how they followed the suspect and how Fernan got killed. Nanding asks if Cardo knows where Junior is. Glen says she feels Cardo is losing hope, even if he doesn't speak of it. Lolit and Nanding have a hard time believing her, because they know how strong Cardo's fighting spirit is.
Ivan asks a bandaged Tony if no one saw him escape alive. Tony replies yes.
Glen's family continues to tease her:
Glen's ate: Misis supports Mister.
Lolit: Misis ensures she's not getting in Mister's way
Nanding: Mister protects misis
Glen: Mister and Misis are supposed to protect each other.
In Delfin's office, Cardo asks his uncle what their plans are. He's enraged that Delfin won't give him the exact details. Lolo Delfin comments that they're the only ones who know that Fernan is dead.
Joaquin returns home. Carmen rushes down the stairs and asks for news. She bursts into tears when Joaquin replies they lost their suspect.
Cardo notes that the gunshots on Fernan's car could mean the syndicate wanted to kill them. Delfin tells him it's the reason why they are looking for witnesses. Lolo assures Cardo that even if he's not involved with the case, they will save Junior.
Joaquin hopes Carmen won't lose her trust on him. She tells him he promised he would bring Junior home and she turns away to leave. Joaquin gathers her into his arms and comforts Carmen. Tomas walks by and sees the couple embracing.
Cardo tells Glen he can't believe how he caught the man but allowed him to die. He adds that Belinda doesn't want to speak anything. Glen comforts him and tells him it will be okay.
In his private office, Tomas reminds Joaquin that he was supposed to follow Fernan and discover who's the man behind the illegal organ trade. Instead, Joaquin allowed Fernan to be killed and Tony to escape. "It's a dead end. You failed"
Glen gently breaks to Cardo if he could leave the case alone. Cardo disagrees. She promises she'll continue to help him
Tomas raises the probability that Tony might go to the Police and ask for protection. Joaquin promises he will kill him.
Ivan calls Belinda to inform her the procedure may proceed. Belinda takes her time to ask who the child is and what is the kid's health condition. He assures her the donor is not a street child. He asks if she told anyone about their transaction. She replies no. Belinda tells Ivan she'll call him back.
Belinda glances at Junior's picture and the profile of the other children. Iris tells her what the police are saying is true: she'll be an accomplice is she allows the procedure to continue. Iris believes Ivan is a crook and doubts the safety and utility of his operating room.
Lola Flora gathers the entire barangay outside her home. She expresses concern over the increasing number of missing children. She plans to have a return demonstration how to use a whistle to save their lives. She asks Yolly to explain. They use Benny to play the the crook. Benny doesn't want to play, but does it anyone. Onyok tells him he should act like a kidnapper, not a zombie. After the roleplay, Onyok tells the other children to practice how to use the whistle.
Someone thanks Lola Flora for her efforts. Lola thanks them for their cooperation. It was the only way she could think to save their children and hopes they wouldn't be taken like Junior. Cardo returns home and sees Lola Flora breaking down into tears.
Edgar and Norma visit the Tuazon couple. He asks if Carmen doesn't want to go with them. Joaquin says Carmen is okay. Edgar question whether she really is okay.
Joaquin: Alam ko hindi masyadong maganda ang pinakita ko sa inyo last time...
Edgar : masyado?
Edgar reminds him his faults. Joaquin apologizes to him and promises to return Junior. He brings Carmen's hand to his lap. The Guzmans remained unconvinced.
In the living room, Lola cries because she was unable to teach her own grandson how to protect himself. Elmo and Yolly tell her not to worry. Benny says's it's Joaquin's fault why Junior is missing. Cardo tells Benny it isn't the time to blame people. They will fix things once Junior returns. Lola looks at Cardo, "Babawi tayo kay Junior pag-balik niya." Cardo says he will.
Back at the police station, Cardo says the police are simply doing their surveillance at Punta Roa. Rigor escorts Belinda to them, "Handa na akong tumulong."
Rigor repeats Ivan's name and address to Belinda. Cardo asks if she saw any kids. Belinda replies she saw none and describes how the facility looks like. She breaks down and apologizes if she hadn't told him the truth. Cardo says he understands her conflict. Iris comforts her and guarantees she made the right decision. Belinda hopes it's not too late for Cardo's nephew.
In Ivan's dining hall, the doctor once again questions Tony if no one followed him. He assures him no one followed him. He would never want to harm Ivan.
Joaquin's men are unable to locate Tony. Joaquin instructs Dino to take a leave because what they're doing is more important. He instructs his men to try to locate Tony. Dino leaves, looking tired as hell.
Belinda calls Ivan to inform him the hospital found a donor for her son. Ivan doesn't know Belinda's phone is set to loudspeaker mode. Ivan tells her he can't give her a refund because it was all spent. Belinda tells her it's no problem. Cardo waves his hand to grab Belinda's attention. Belinda narrates to Ivan that she met a desperate couple at the same hospital. Ivan asks if she told them about him. Belinda replies no, but she asks if she can refer them to him...if it's okay for him.
Col. Carreon, Delfin and Cardo talk about the location of Ivan's house
Tony asks Ivan what happened. Ivan replies Belinda found a new donor and referred a couple to him.
Col. Carreon mentions the person who owned Ivan's home address is a businessman named Roland. Delfin looks at the picture of "Roland" and the composite sketch from Belinda's description. Cardo says it's the same person.
Ivan worries about the lack of funds, the lack of children and how wasteful it is when the results reveal the children are incompatible. They asks what Ivan plans to do with Junior. He tells them he has no idea. Tony suggests he could do what he and Fernan had been doing. Ivan doesn't want the children to be brought to his house. His goon tells him the children could be brought to his father's abandoned house.
Delfin and Carreon want to infiltrate Ivan's residence. Cardo tells them it's dangerous. He adds it's better to wait until Cardo manages to enter Ivan's home.
Cardo tells Lester and Michael that Ivan is very selective about his prospective clients. They tell Cardo they made a fake profile for them in case Ivan decides to research their backgrounds. They hand Glen the profile of their child, "Lance Rosales".
Glen and Cardo talk to Ivan in loudspeaker mode. Delfin, Carreon, Lester and Michael are beside them, listening to the conversation.
Ivan is glad to help and promises to search high and low for a donor. He tells them time is not a problem. Glen asks for an appointment. Cardo asks if they could meet tonight instead of tomorrow. Ivan agrees and gives them instructions how to reach his residence. Ivan tells him to keep their conversation confidential. Cardo promises he will. Ivan looks over the fake profile Lester and Michael created.
Jordan refuses the medicine Belinda tries to give him. He asks when they visit the doctor who will heal him. Belinda replies soon. Jordan suddenly convulses and Belinda panics. She calls her maid to help her. Belinda carries her son and brings him to the nearest hospital.
While driving, Cardo talks to Glen and hopes Junior is there. "Papano kung huli tayo". Glen tells him not to think like that. To diffuse his nervousness, he asks how she's doing. Glen admits she is jittery about their mission. Cardo reminds her they have back up, and he definitely won't let her down.
One of Ivan's nurses hands the printed profiles of Cardo and Glen. She questions whether the couple is legit and remarks how lucky Belinda is to find a donor. Ivan doesn't like her comment and grabs her the top of her scrub suit. He questions if she too, doubts his capabilities. The nurse apologizes and didn't mean to offend him. Ivan utters that Junior is the lucky one since he is yet to be operated.
Back in his room, Junior is crying and prays to Papa God how badly he wants to escape. "Gusto ko makita si Tatay, Gusto ko makita si Tito Cardo. Sana sabihan niyo siya na iligatas ako."
Cardo and Glen exchange looks as Ivan skims over their portfolio. The couple has finally arrived at their destination. Ivan is notified and tells his men to admit them. Cardo and Glen finally step inside Dr. Ivan's house....
