Junior runs away only to be kidnapped.
Lola's suspicions are correct.
Carmen confronts Joaquin for child abuse.

Cardo enters their living room and sees Onyok sitting on the chair with his hands on his face. He asks why he's sad. Onyok replies he wasn't able to give his drawing to Junior. Cardo checks the drawing and tells him it was right he wasn't able to give it to him- wrong spelling. Cardo tells him they'll give Junior a new drawing.
Joaquin enters Junior's room and asks why he isn't dressed. He leans forward and asks what's wrong. Junior asks why he can't visit Tito Cardo. Joaquin snaps and pinches the boy's face in between his right hand. He vigorously shakes his head and threatens he will never allow him to si Cardo and his family.
Lola asks Carmen via mobile why Junior can't see her. Carmen apologizes saying Joaquin has plans to take Junior somewhere.
Junior begs Joaquin to see Cardo, but he starts to poke him and tells him he's getting angry. Carmen comes in and Joaquin stops harassing Junior. He tells her to change Junior's outfit.
Lola Flora tells the rest of they family they cannot see Junior, and Junior cannot see them. Elmo suspects Joaquin has forbidden Junior to visit them. They comment it's inappropriate.
Carmen tells Junior to call Joaquin daddy. He doesn't want to call him daddy. He cries that Joaquin is always mad at him. Carmen replies Joaquin is mad because Junior isn't following him. Junior whimpers if she loves Joaquin more than him. He tells her he wants to be with Lola Flora because he's happier there.
Delfin and Cardo talk about Belinda's involvement with the Black Market. If Belinda is truly involved, she won't easily divulge it to Cardo. Cardo replies he will be persistent with her.
Carmen and Joaquin talk outside Junior's room. She requests him to leave her son alone. But Joaquin doesn't agree with her. "Di ba ako ang masusunod?!" Carmen just nods and tells him she will inform Junior. Her son takes a peek and sees their exchange. Carmen hears a door shut loudly.
Fernan calls Ivan about a lack of donor for Belinda's son. . Dr. Ivan fumes he needs to immediately find a child.
Onyok and Benny go to a sari-sari store. While Benny's attention is diverted to the news, Onyok notices a kid and approaches him. He tells the boy to go home. The boy doesn't want to and prefers to play. Onyok argues with the kid and he relents.
Carmen brings milk to Junior's room, but it's empty. She calls out loud for him. Joaquin comes in and asks what's wrong.
Junior is walking along the streets and enters a convenience store. Fernan and his companion are also roaming the streets. He notices Junior.
Benny grabs Onyok and tells him to stray from his sight.
Fernan asks to park the car near the convenience store and goes inside. Junior is asking directions from the cashier. The cashier writes the directions to Cardo's house.
The Tuazons are worring while Carmen is hysterical. Rachel and Verna try to comfort her.
The cashier asks Junior's capacity to go home alone. He tells him he's fine. Fernan exits the store and tips his companion.
Cita raises the probability Junior sulked and chose to run away. Carmen pleads her husband to look for her son. Verna asks where could the boy have gone to.
Fernan approaches Junior, snatches and drags him inside the car.
Jordan prays for his mom's well-being and his recovery. Belinda tucks her son to bed. She receives a text message from Dr. Ivan.
In the warehouse, Tomas is talking with a client via facetime/skype. He informs the client 2000 children will be shipped as they agreed. Fernan and his men gather the children in one place. Junior pleads Fernan to let him go, but he tells the kid to shut up. Thomas stands up to look the children. Junior manages to run away, but is caught by Fernan. Thomas doesn't see Junior's face, and tells Fernan a kid almost escaped him. He tells Fernan never to allow that possibility.
Cardo enters his to see Onyok drawing. He tells Cardo that he and Lola Flora will visit Junior without Carmen's consent. He invites Cardo to go along with them. Cardo tells him he will go.
Carmen is banging the door and is screaming to enter the house. Benny unlocks the door and a distraught Carmen storms in. Lola Flora enters the living room and asks what the commotion is all about. Carmen asks why she hasn't picked up her phone calls. Lola says she left the phone. Carmen pleads and demands Lola to return Junior to them. Confused, she asks what she's talking about. Cardo barges in and asks what's happening. Carmen yells that Junior's missing. Cardo stares both at Carmen and Joaquin. Carmen informs them Junior isn't with her parents. Joaquin tries to drag Carmen away, but Lola Flora stops him. The camel's back is broken. Lola is angry at the couple for blaming her on Junior's disappearance. How could a little boy like him leave Joaquin's household. She screams Junior doesn't know the way from Joaquin's house to their house. She demands why Junior ran away. She also suspects their marital problem has caused Junior to run away. Joaquin smirks while Lola Flora is screaming at them. Cardo speaks aloud he will look for Junior. Joaquin doesn't want Cardo to steal the spotlight and cuts him, saying he will rescue his stepson. Cardo retorts he trusted his nephew's safety to Joaquin and he failed. He promises that this time, he will look for Junior.
Cardo informs Delfin they have assigned police within the vicinity of the Tuazon House. Delfin comments that how Junior is also kidnapped like Carmen. Cardo tells his uncle he promised his dead twin he wouldn't let anything happen to his family. Delfin tells Cardo he will cooperate and do everything because Junior is also his grandchild.
At the Guzman's living room, an enraged Edgar berates the couple why they didn't fulfill Junior's request. Joaquin replies he saw it fit. Edgar lashes out that he has no right to forbid Junior from visiting Lola Flora's family. His son-in-law walks out. Fuming, he tells his daughter how disrespectful Joaquin is. Norma tells her daughter she shouldn't have married immediately. Carmen is wailing and tries to reason she simply wants a father figure for Junior. Edgar tells her she was all Junior needed.
Fernan gives his comrade a couple of specimen bottles filled with blood. He instructs him to deliver it to Dr. Ivan for cross-matching. Junior and the rest of the children are crying.
Verna asks Tomas what they will do. Joaquin comes in and tells he has informed their Headquarters about Junior's disappearance. Carmen wants to go out and look for her son, but Joaquin forcefully grabs her and tells her to stay. Verna agrees with her son and advises Carmen to stay in case Junior returns home.
Norma and Edgar are crying in their living room. They discuss that they cannot entirely blame Carmen; they were partly at fault because they allowed her to re-marry. They also discuss they should have never allowed Junior to live in the Tuazon household. Edgar says they can't do anything about their (Carmen-Joaquin's) decision. Norma cries and tells him their fault was they assumed they couldn't do anything.
Verna asks Tomas why he's not worried about the boy's disappearance. Thomas says why should he care, "good riddance". Joquin insinuates Tomas is involved since their business deals with children. Tomas questions his son if he suspects him for Junior's disappearance. Verna tries to stops the conversation. Tomas casually tells his son that Junior isn't the only one who will disappear in their house. Joaquin walks out.
Fernan is having a conversation with Dr. Ivan that they will finally find a child who will match Jordan's blood. One of Dr. Ivan's medical team comes in and informs there's a match with the blood specimen Fernan brought---it's Junior's. Ivan instructs Fernan to bring the boy to him.
Inside Junior's room, Carmen is crying. She pleads Joaquin to cooperate with Cardo. Joaquin doesn't like her suggestion and asks if she questions his capacity to find Junior. Carmen says yes and just wants to ensure they will find the kid. Joaquin raises his hand to slap her and Carmen glares at him.
"Ano, sasampalin mo ako? Sige, sampalin mo ako!"
She accuses him of hurting her son, adding that Junior confessed to her, but he flatly denies it. She lashes out that Junior left because she didn't listen to him, because he wasn't happy with Joaquin. Joaquin throws back her accusation, stating he's not the only at fault. "Tandaan mo yan!" Carmen slumps on Junior's bed.
At the police station, Cardo stares at the picture of missing children. "If Junior is also abducted..."
The camera switches to Junior's location. Poor kid is crying and calls his mother and Tito Cardo.
"This time, I'll fulfill my promise to you. I will save you, Junior"

Delfin informs Cardo, Joaquim and Billy that they are not involved with Junior's case.
Dr. Ivan calls Belinda and informs her they finally have a donor.
