The woman replies she doesn't want to be recognized, after all, there's a possibility that Junior might live since they only need one kidney from him. Ivan is angry and tells her how stupid she is. He tells he if she wasn't so stupid, he'd transplant her brain to someone else.

Meanwhile, a pair of nurses (or maybe one is a nurse and the other is a medtech?) is inside Junior's room. The male medic restrains Junior's upper extremities as the female medic extracts his blood specimen. Junior is looks like one of those kids who see at a hospital na takot magpakuha ng dugo (haha, oo, ganyan nga ang itsura ng ilan kapag kukunan na ng medtech ang dugo nila... bigla kong naalala yung student nurse days ko...)
Cardo is tapping his fingers on a table, he stares fiercely at Belinda's photo.
The male medic does some blood work to determine Junior's blood type. Junior also undergoes an X-ray test. He cries all through out the scene, and pines for his mom and tito Cardo.

Ivan calls Belinda to tell her good news---they found a match for her son's kidney. He tells her he needs the full payment. She cries and thanks him. Ivan ends the phone conversation and looks at Junior, "Salamat Junior".
Belinda makes the full payment via an online transaction. Joaquin arrives at the warehouse, and orders one goon to gather the rest of them.
While making their way downstairs, Jordan asks Belinda why are they leaving. Belinda orders her maid to put some stuff inside the car, "Alam mo na kung anong gagawin".

One of them men blurts out he knows Junior, adding he almost escaped the other day. He also mentions he didn't see the kid lately.

Fernan enters Tomas' office. Tomas reminds Fernan that he (tomas) can always count on him. He instructs him to look for more children. Once Fernan left the room, Joaquin tells his dad he'll follow him. Tomas questions his son if he really wants to look for Junior. After all, if Junior is gone, Carmen will finally have no connection with Cardo and Joaquin will finally have the chance to start a family of his own. Joaquin tells him he made a promise to Carmen. Tomas adds that Joaquin also promised to the family to protect their secret. Tomas tells his son to follow Fernan to know who is behind the organ trade. He hopes Joaquin's time won't be wasted in looking for Junior. Joaquin replies he can do both.

Outside the warehouse, Tony asks Fernan if he thinks Tomas knows about his sideline. Unknown to them, Joaquin, Greg and Dino are observing them. Dino warns Joaquin that Cardo will discover their family business once he solves it. Greg tells Joaquin he doesn't need Junior. Unfazed, Joaquin replies he needs Carmen. Joaquin needs Fernan and Tony for the infomation, once he has it, he will dispatch them. He then begins to stalk Fernan's car as it leaves.
Carmen overhears Verna talking to Joaquin. Joaquin informs his mother he's following Fernan. Once the conversation ends, Carmen asks if there's any news. Verna tells her they finally have a suspect. She adds that Carmen needs to trust her son. Carmen is hysterical and wants to visit the police station, but she tells her to "just trust Joaquin".
Belinda's maid informs her that Glen and Cardo are downstairs. She questions how the couple found her home. Glen asks they asked from the restaurant. Belinda asks specifically whom they asked. Glen is mum. Belinda doesn't stop there and continues to interrogate them, validating the existence of their child. Cardo asks if she sees their son, will she finally agree to help them. Belinda isn't budging and asks them to leave unless she calls for security. Cardo caves in and reveals their true identities as police.
He tells her he didn't come as a police, but as an uncle. He tells her how Junior was kidnapped, and that they know she's involved with the medical team responsible for it. Belinda continues to deny his accusation, but Cardo throws several questions. Whom was she visiting is Sta. Rosa Village? Why did she her car make a u-turn instead of going to the facility?
Joaquin continues to stalk Fernan and Tony.
Cardo reminds Belinda that she's an accomplice to the crime if she doesn't tell what she knows. He tells her about Junior, who has dreams of becoming a policeman like Ador and him. He hands to her several photos of kidnapped children who also have dreams; who also have parents worrying about them.
He ends the conversation saying she will cost the lives of other children at the expense of her own son's well-being. He urges her to confess.
