Glen finally returns home to her family. In school, Junior happily runs towards Carmen and Joaquin. A grim-looking Thomas and his family are having dinner, but the absence of Joaquin is palpable.  Joaquin, on the other hand, is having dinner with Carmen and Junior. Glen is eating with her family for the first time since her training.

Rigor welcomes Glen back and gives her bread. He jokes she must have missed his biceps.

(supervain police officer. Who would have thought ikaw pala si Omar sa magic temple? Pareho kayo ng mukha ni Onyok during your Magic Temple Days).

Cardo talks to Glen and is mad why she didn’t tell him what happened to her. Glen hid the truth because she didn’t want him to worry. She also tells him her dilemma between fulfilling her role in the family versus her role as a law enforcer. Cardo tells her that every criminal he catches and kills is for the safety and well-being of his family. Cardo encourages Glen and promises to support her. The childhood friends hug.

(nagbubunyi siguro ang mga CarGlen for this moment. hay naku,, kelan kaya tao magdidiwang, mga #cocobels?)

That evening, Carmen approaches Junior and asks for forgiveness. She has already made a decision to say yes to Joaquin. Junior tells her everything is okay, as long as he doesn’t make her cry. “Lagot siya sa akin at kay Kuya Cardo!” Junior hugs her and Carmen cries again.

(Yes Junior, lagot talaga siya sa inyo. Dahil siya ang pumatay sa tatay mo!)

A little boy and his mother are walking towards a mall’s comfort room. The boy wants to pee. His mother allows him to pee inside alone. 3 men are watching the kid enter the lavatory. After he pees and tries to wash his hands, one of the men pretends to help him and covers his mouth with a handkerchief. The child falls asleep and the three men bring him inside the lavatory to change his outfit. They leave his shoes behind. The men leave and pass by the unsuspecting mother.

(Would you honestly let your child go to the lavatory alone? Seriously?)

Glen and her family are also in the same mall, having lunch (or dinner). Lolit asks if they can watch a movie and ultimately settle for a comedy. Glen excuses herself to go to the CR, but accidentally bumps with the kidnappers. Glen apologizes but feels something is wrong as the men leave with the child.

(Oo, Glen, basta kaduda-duda ang itsura at kilos, sindikato yan)

Meanwhile, the child’s mother has been standing long enough that she decides to go inside and inspect each lavatory. She finds her son’s red chuck taylors, and hysterically reports to a nearby guard. Glen notices the commotion and asks what happened. She asks the mom to describe her son, and the mom shows Glen his picture. Glen immediately identifies the child the man she bumped into was carrying. She politely asks the guard to bring her somewhere to calm down.

(Pwede naman dalhin ang chuck taylors. tatanga-tanga naman tong mga dumukot eh. hay naku. Plot device, plot device)

Glen is reunited with her family who have been looking for her. They nag her to watch a movie, but Glen asks if they can go instead. Her family loses enthusiasm over her decision and Glen leaves.

(There's always another time para manood ng movie. PBO, anyone?)

Carmen arrives home and calls for Junior. Nora tells her daughter Junior was just around the living room. The kid finally appears with Joaquin. Joaquin found him outside the street buying candies. Carmen notices the bag full of candies, and Joaquin takes the opportunity to tell them he bought it so that Junior wouldn’t go outside. Carmen scolds Junior and says that Uncle Joaquin is correct.

( Balang araw, mag-sisisi kayo at hinayaan niyong makapasok si Joaquin sa tahanan niyo.)

Glen visits Lola Kap and their family. Lola kap tells onyok to eat the polvoron slowly. The kid tells Glen he misses her visits. Glen replies she misses them too. She advises Onyok not to go anywhere an adult. Lola Kap is grateful that Glen has advised him since Onyok loves to roam around the neighborhood. Glen asks for Cardo to tell him something important.

Outside the Guzman’s gate, Carmen and Joaquin have a little argument discussion on her career. Joaquin tells Carmen everything will be fine since he can take care of her. Their discussion is interrupted by Edgar. Junior runs outside to return the bag of candies to Joaquin since he can’t consume it all. Joaquin accepts it and leaves.

Meanwhile, (CarGlens rejoice!) Glen narrates to Cardo her experience at the mall. Cardo promises to help her and explains that the CIDG are also investigating cases dealing with child traffickers. Glen utters that kidnapped kids are captured to act as beggars, but Cardo grimly tells her that some abducted kids are sold for internal organs.

Speaking of abducted children, some goons are gathering the abducted kids in a dark warehouse. Above, this story arc reveals himself….oh my god, he looks like Diego, ano nga ang pangalan niya ulit. It’s Pen Medina! He instruct his henchman to fatten the kids up.

Lola kap interrupts CarGlen’s discussion and tells them to have dinner. Glen excuses herself becayse her parents are looking for her. Cardo tells he will keep in touch with her to solve the case. Lola Kap thanks Glen for visiting them and bringing polvoron.

It looks like Joaquin and his buddies are having a good time. As Joaquin drives, his buddies are celebrating now that Carmen agreed to be his girlfriend and has probably fallen in love with him. Not only that, but they rejoice that Joaquin managed to dupe Junior. Joaquin laughs and rejoices how he managed to win them just because he saved Billy. Joaquin must not only woo Carmen’s parents, but also, his family into accepting her.

(There’s a special place for people like you in Hell Joaquin.)

Verna and Cita are having a conversation in the Kitchen. She is torn between her role as a wife to support Thomas, and as a mother to support Joaquin.  Cita is aghast and tells her she will be crushed between two stones.

Inside their bedroom, Carmen is ironing clothes when Junior suddenly asks if Carmen is happy with Joaquin. He tells her that Joaquin is similar to Tito Cardo: both men protect and worry about him and her.

(My God, how can you compare him to Cardo? Lagot ka kapag nalaman mo ang katotohanan)

Onyok asks Cardo why Glen told her to be vigilant. He tells her because she loves him and doesn’t want to be kidnapped, reminding Yok that there are a lot of bad men out there.

Carmen tells her son to follow Joaquin and not to go outside alone because she couldn’t bear it if she would lose him like last time. They hug one another.

(I can’t count the number of times they have been hugging throughout the series.)

Cardo tells Yok to obey Glen, pero Pilosopo si Onyok and tries to reason that if Cardo isn’t there, there’s Lola kAp, Glen Benny, Blah blah blah

Back in the Board Room in Camp Crame, the CIDG are discussing the child kidnapped at the mall and the modus of the kidnappers. Delfin suggests the kidnappers might have broken away from the previous child-trafficking syndicate they dealt with.

“Baka kasama si Diego” Cardo quips.

Joaquin’s head snaps and tell Cardo it could be a possible, but reminds him that there are many child traffickers in the country.

Cardo calls Glen and informs her Diego’s former group may be involved.

In a warehouse, Joaquin faces Thomas who sarcastically tells him he finally visited. He him that the police are after them. Thomas sits down and asks Joaquin to tell him what he doesn’t know yet.
Still talking to Cardo, she tells him she will study the files of previous child trafficking cases to look for patterns of the modus. Cardo, looking happy, tells Glen “Welcome back SPO1 Glenda Corpuz”. Glen smiles and tells him as long as he is with her, she can do anything. Cardo replies he will take care of her.

(Cardo, ba't hindi mo yan sabihin kay Carmen? ;( Si Carmen na lang.)

Joaquin finally drops the bomb on Thomas—Carmen is his girlfriend. Thomas incredulously utters that his son will marry the woman close to cardo. Joaquin tells his dad he can’t leave his responsibilities from their business. He can’t leave his dad. He can’t let anything bad happen to their business. But Thomas angrily tells him his marriage to Carmen is the same thing—Joaquin is endangering everything. Joaquin simply tells him he will update his father on developments from the police and leaves. Thomas is sitting and fuming.

Carmen buttons Junior’s polo, while Edgar looks at his daughter and grandson sadly. Junior rushes to the door to wait for Joaquin. Carmen talks with her dad; he asks her again if her decision is final. Carmen tells him Junior accepts Joaquin. But her dad just wants to make sure, since they know Carmen wants to look for a new father figure for Junior. Carmen tells her parents Ador cannot be replaced. She is content to see Junior look up to someone as a father figure. Junior shouts Joaquin has arrived and Carmen excuses to leave.

Inside a morgue, a woman with her husband is crying over a dead body covered by a white sheet. Glen and Cardo go inside to console the woman. Outside the morgue, Cardo tells Glen the child was returned to his family. The body was found on a vacant lot near their house. The boy’s body was full of sutures. When the body was autopsied, they found the kidney was missing. Worse? There as money inside the kid. Cardo suspects it is the same syndicate who kidnapped the kid at the mall. Family who struggle to look for organ donors are the ones who patronize illegal dealers. There is money in selling internal organs.

Pen Medina shows Thomas a briefcase with money. Thomas warns him that they are under police surveillance. Medina reminds him that his son is a police. Thomas says they can’t depend on Joaquin.
Medina assures Thomas he won’t fail him like Diego did.

ABANGAN:

Joaquin distances himself further from his family. While Cardo promised to protect Ador’s family, that very same family is falling into danger (thanks to the likes of Joaquin).

Honestly, the teaser trailers are getting boring. They aren’t showing you what’s going to happen for tomorrow’s episode. They’re just showing what will happen 2 or 3 nights from now.
